We have always tried to keep adopting affordable and accessible. Fees are due at the time of each service. For example you will pay your Home Study Fee at the time you begin the home study. You will pay your Match Fee once you are matched. You will pay the Placement Fee the day your birth mom signs her permanent paperwork.
